Senior Planner

As Senior Planner, your task is to support the Account Service team and Creative team in providing social communication strategies and creative content strategies for clients.

作为资深策划，你的任务是支持客户服务团队和创意团队为品牌规划社交传播策略及创意内容策略。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out brand planning, creative content planning and social communication strategy, including product feature mining, content creativity refining, social media strategy, social activity gameplay, etc.for Luxury brands服务奢侈品品牌，根据客户brief 和项目要求，进行品牌策划，创意内容策划和社交传播规划，包括产品特点挖掘，内容创意提炼，社交媒介投放策略，社交活动玩法等等；
• Be familiar with mainstream social platforms and talent resources, understand platform rules, master various marketing tools, user insight methods, and communication forms熟悉主流社交平台及达人资源，了解平台规则，掌握各种营销工具，用户洞察方法，传播形式；
• Have accurate insight and analysis for customers, product market, competitors products, consumers, etc., and provide logical and data-supported reports.对于客户，产品市场，竞品，消费者等有准确的洞察力和分析力，提供逻辑清晰有数据支持的报告；
• Understand the status quo of the client's brand and client expectations, lead the completion of the planning project, collaborate with the internal Creative team, organize creative ideas and discussions, help the Art and Copy teams understand the strategy and ideas to complete the creative implementation, and jointly control the overall proposal with the Account Service team and Creative Director理解客户品牌现状和客户预期，主导完成策划项目，与内部Creative 团队协作，组织创意发想及讨论，帮助Art 和Copy团队理解策略思路完成创意落地，与Account 部门，Creative Director 共同把控提案的整体效果；
• Collaborate with the creative team to continuously explore new content marketing methods and promote content innovation.和创意团队一同协作，不断挖掘新的内容营销方式，推动内容创新。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3- 5 years of working experience on planner position, must have prior experience in social &digital marketing 有3至5年广告策划相关工作经验，有任职数字营销公司；
• Familiar with latest trend on different social platform熟悉各类社交媒体平台运营和最新热点；
• Strong ability of conducting research and generating insight 擅长市场研究，并提出有意义的见解
• Able to work independently as well as in a team能够独立工作， 也能团队协作
• Logic thinking, structured思维逻辑性强；
• Chinese Native speaking, Fluent English oral & written中英文口语和书面流利。
