Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing corporate marketing strategies across all owned, earned, and paid marketing channels for DLG, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), traditional media, and thought leadership content platform (Luxury Society). Requires strong digital marketing knowledge and proven results.
Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Marketing:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create high-quality, engaging content and manage a content calendar
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns
- Monitor analytics and KPIs
- Foster engagement and grow LinkedIn network
- Build and maintain DLG expert influencer LinkedIn processes
- Instagram Marketing:
- Develop and execute creative Instagram marketing strategies
- Work with the Creative team to manage production of visually appealing content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
- Manage paid Instagram advertising campaigns
- Analyse performance metrics
- Grow and activate the Instagram following and engagement
- Mailchimp Marketing
- Produce all direct marketing content efforts on Mailchimp
- Work with tech teams to refine audience segmentation strategies
- Analyse content performance metrics and work with BD teams to follow up on leads generated through direct outreach
- Podcast Marketing:
- Manage podcast production and timeline, acting as internal liaison
- Create promotional content for each episode on social media channels.
- Track podcast performance metrics
- Explore cross-promotion and sponsorship opportunities
- Content Platform Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the Luxury Society content platform
- Create, edit, and publish website content (WordPress CMS)
- Track and analyse website performance analytics
- Liaise with developers for basic website maintenance and feedback
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in corporate marketing with focus on B2B authority marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS
- Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to engage with media and handle press enquiries
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools is a huge plus (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Ability to work with AI tools to improve marketing output is a strong bonus
- Some understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing (organic & paid) is preferred
- Experience with podcast marketing and promotion is preferred, but not required
- Native or excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese or French is a strong plus
