Reporting to the Strategy Director, the Strategy Project Manager will support the overall implementation of DLG's strategic consulting initiatives. This role serves as a critical operational backbone—coordinating across Agency functions, developing compelling proposals, managing project pipelines, and helping shape DLG's strategic consulting packages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the consulting project pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Develop proposals and pitch materials in collaboration with the Strategy Director and internal experts
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Digital, Content) to build comprehensive, competitive proposals
- Support project execution to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and tangible client impact
- Manage DLG's Luxury Innovation Tracker, monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices across the luxury sector
- Synthesize insights to inform consulting services and support integration of AI-driven solutions into client strategies
- Support client relationships, ensuring responsive communication and preparing briefing materials for C-level engagements
- Contribute to annual sales targets by identifying new opportunities and supporting development of existing clients
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an agency or consulting practice in a client-facing role
- Experience working on digital transformation, CRM, e-commerce, social media and website developments (not-coding but overall knowledge and understanding of the process)
- Exposure to luxury goods, cosmetics & beauty, premium brands, or high-end consumer sectors is a plus but not a critical requirement
- Demonstrated experience in project management, strategic planning, or business development
