By leveraging its proprietary Data & AI tracking platform and a dedicated team of PhDs and data experts based in Shanghai, Re-Hub delivers actionable insights across brand-owned digital channels, gray markets, and pre-owned markets. These insights help brands achieve clarity, alignment, and strategic optimization for their operations in China.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all designated accounts, including those managed by the account managers, with full responsibility for key accounts.
  • Promote best practices during client onboarding, including contract signing, initial training, and effective engagement with our platform.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored recommendations and managing expectations to maximize product usage and satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth by securing existing business while proactively identifying upselling opportunities across our service offerings.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal relationships, balancing urgent client requests with internal schedules and resources.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with management to evaluate progress against documented goals and identify any gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in account management, preferably in SaaS, solution selling, or a digital agency.
  • Experience with B2C clients, particularly in the fashion and luxury sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Driven for success, passionate about continually improving
  • Collaborative and team-focused, with a willingness to take initiatives
  • Fluent in English; native proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
