Product Director – Digital Intelligence & Insights
About Re-Hub
Re-Hub is an AI-powered business intelligence platform designed to empower luxury brands with data-driven solutions across key business areas.
Re-Hub is a subsidiary of DLG.
By leveraging its proprietary Data & AI tracking platform and a dedicated team of PhDs and data experts based in Shanghai, Re-Hub delivers actionable insights across brand-owned digital channels, gray markets, and pre-owned markets. These insights help brands achieve clarity, alignment, and strategic optimization for their operations in China.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Director to join our leadership team. You’ll lead the roadmap and execution for our core data products (like COMPASS, SPECTRUM, SENTINEL), acting as the voice of the customer, the heartbeat of the roadmap, and the glue between tech, strategy, and client success.
This isn’t just a spec-writing role. You’ll own outcomes, not tasks—defining what to build, why it matters, and how it connects to business impact. You’ll obsess over solving real client problems, and have the clarity, curiosity, and conviction to turn those problems into products.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Market Leadership
- Partner with the leadership team to align product direction with Re-Hub’s mission and business goals.
- Develop a clear, competitive product vision rooted in China’s unique digital landscape and evolving luxury market trends.
- Lead market analysis and benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities and inform product positioning.
- Be the internal go-to expert for understanding shifts in client needs, competitor activity, and platform dynamics
Customer Insight & Advocacy
- Champion the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle.
- Synthesize user interviews, platform data, and client feedback into actionable product direction.
- Participate in high-value pre-sales conversations and strategic client meetings to stay close to real business problems.
- Represent customer pain points internally and ensure these inform product decisions, not just nice-to-have ideas.
Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization
- Own the short-, medium-, and long-term product roadmap. Ensure it reflects both strategic ambition and tactical reality.
- Prioritize ruthlessly—using data, business value, and trade-off frameworks to decide what’s in or out.
- Communicate roadmap priorities clearly across functions—getting buy-in without over-relying on top-down escalation.
Product Development & Delivery
- Translate strategic priorities into detailed user stories, wireframes, and use cases.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure technical feasibility and timeline realism.
- Serve as the business owner, setting clear success metrics and being hands-on from ideation to launch.
- Validate release readiness from both a business and user perspective.
- Maintain high-quality product documentation to support client-facing teams and internal onboarding.
Continuous Optimization & Product Quality
- Own product performance across adoption, usage, usability, and feedback loops.
- Analyze data to uncover usage patterns, friction points, and gaps—and use that to inform iterations.
- Proactively triage and define a solution to clients pain points—balancing fire-fighting with longer-term product health.
- Help leadership evaluate trade-offs between net new features and core platform improvements.
- Drive post-launch monitoring, issue escalation, and iterative improvement based on real-world impact.
What Makes a Great Product Director at Re-Hub?
- You own outcomes, not specs. You care about results. You understand the “why” and can define the “what” clearly—without needing constant direction.
- You synthesize, don’t just collect. You gather information from clients, internal teams, and data—but turn it into clear, actionable priorities.
- You make complex things simple. You write crisp user stories, tell clear narratives, and rally teams around a shared vision.
- You think commercially. You’re obsessed with value creation—not just features. You ask, “Will this help our clients win?” before asking “Can we build it?”
- You move fast but responsibly. You know when to ship scrappy and when to dig deeper—and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty along the way.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering).
- Demonstrated experience in product management, track record of successfully launching and/or scaling SaaS products in the data analytics or intelligence space.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and SaaS product development.
- dFluency in English and Chinese
Why Re-Hub?
- Work on impactful products used by the world’s leading luxury brands.
- Join a fast-growing, data-driven company defining luxury’s future in China.
- Collaborate with a diverse, driven team that values ownership, speed, and craft.
